Can you track registry gifts?

The registry gift tracker allows you to review who has purchased gifts from your registry and keeps track of thank you notes you’ve sent. In the Getting started section on your registry’s Home page, select Track your gifts to review a list of gifts purchased, along with the quantity, purchaser name and date.

How do I track my registry items?

You can track its progress from your account under “Purchased”. You can also go to the “Orders” page in your account, select the relevant order, and track the package.

How do I find Registry on Target app?

Target App Open the app and select the Discover or Bullseye tab. Select Shop by category. Scroll down to Registry. Select Find a registry.

Why is tracking information not available?

If tracking information is not available for a certain website or not available at all, it’s because the information is not sent to that web site or they just don’t bother with it.
