Does IKEA make Ektorp anymore?
It’s the end of an era at IKEA—and no, I’m not talking about the discontinuation of their iconic catalog (RIP). The company is replacing their popular Ektorp sofa in the United States and Canada, much to the dismay of devotees. Ektorp has skyrocketed to popularity, and it’s not hard to see why.
Who makes Ektorp covers?
Comfort Works makes custom slipcovers and sofa covers for the entire Ektorp series – even the Ektorp 2 seat sofa bed and Ektorp 3 seater sofa bed which has been discontinued by IKEA.
Does Ektorp sofa cover include cushion covers?
This came new in the box. The couch cover, the back and bottom cushions (6 total cushion covers). The color is beautiful.
Is the Ektorp armchair discontinued?
Like I said before, the Ektorp is not completely discontinued (yet). The gentleman at IKEA didn’t make it sound like it was going to be completely gone for good but you can only get the Ektorp in the Lofallet Beige color (and likely only online). The stores no longer carry the Ektorp sofa.
Does Ektorp cover fit uppland?
Will the IKEA Uppland cover fit Ektorp? Because of the size difference of the couches, the slipcovers are different sizes too. You would not be able to fit an Ektorp slipcover on the Uppland sofa and a Uppland slipcover would be too large for the Ektorp sofa.

Yes. The whole Ektorp line is being discontinued and replaced with Uppland. Uppland is basically Ektorp, but with larger dimensions and it also has springs in the cushions instead of just foam.
